I was happy to get a phone call from Teresa, to say you had finished chemo and wanted to see me. We made a date for November 16th Thursday. On the day Stacey and I walked in the chippy, there you were beautiful as ever, with your lovely smile. We had a big hug and I sat down next to you, Michelle was also there. You made us laugh by saying one good thing about finishing chemo is you can have a drink. We spent two hours talking bout this and that, when we were leaving another big hug and we said we will have to do this again. It wasn't meant to be, God had other plans for you Sue. So many people are going to miss you, me certainly, over the years you sent postcards from wherever you have gone, in England or abroad.
So this is goodbye, god bless my dear friend Sue, gone but will never be forgotten with love Chrissie and Stacey x

My mentor at Notre Dame, you were my sounding board and sometimes my sanity. You are needed there now. I thank you for your empathy and your inspiration, your smiling face and calming voice will be missed, but it is deep routed in my memory.
Rest peacefully now.

To my big Sister Sue,
The amount of courage that you showed throughout your battle was inspiring. You never lost your smile and your kindness still shone through.
I am so thankful for the times that we were able to spend together and I will cherish those moments forever.
I know that the kids were so grateful that we were all able to be together in the final moments.
All my love always
